Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and detailed shipping instructions via email.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not cover return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order for the desired product.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
