SECTION 3 – ORDER AND PAYMENT


To complete your order, all required payment information must be entered accurately and completely. Orders with misleading or incomplete information may not be processed.
Currently, we accept only credit cards, debit cards, and other local payment methods through the Iyzico platform. Payment is a prerequisite for order confirmation and processing.
All prices are in Turkish Lira (₺) and include VAT as displayed in the order summary.
Payment transactions are protected by secure infrastructure. Your customer information is shared with third parties (e.g., payment service providers) only for the purpose of completing the transaction.

 

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY


Your order will be shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping is available to addresses within Turkey only.
The shipping company and tracking number will be emailed to you once the product is shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and generally take 2–5 business days.
Delays or damages occurring during shipping are the responsibility of the courier company. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking the process.
If you are not present at the delivery address, the courier may redirect your package to their branch. Packages not collected within the specified time will be returned to us, and any re-shipment fees will be charged to the recipient.

 

SECTION 5 – RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY


We offer a 14-day return policy; you may request a return within 14 days after receiving your product.
Return conditions:

  • Returns are accepted only for unused products in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of product delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We do not cover return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
